I either started The Wedding Season by Katy Birchall last night or I will be starting it today. I love my light romcoms from time to time and I haven’t read one in a while, so I’m so glad that this is the next book on my pile. It sounds really funny. Fingers-crossed!

I just loved The Homewreckers by Mary Kay Andrews. Part cozy mystery, part rom com, and part women’s fiction – it’s a mashup that Andrews does particularly well. And it is set in Savannah, GA which is just a short distance from my beloved Hilton Head Island where we vacation every summer and sometimes even in-between. My review of this gem will be posted tomorrow!

I am so excited to read When Women Were Dragons by Kelly Barnhill. I mean a fantasy story where women turn into dragons – that seems like the ultimate women’s empowerment story and I do love a good empowerment story.

When Women Were Dragons sounds great! I love a good dragon story. I was supposed to start listening to the audiobook of The Wedding Season today but looks like it will be tomorrow. I’m looking forward to it too.

I’ read When Women were Dragons last week. I was a bit disappointed that the dragons weren’t in it a bit more but a good read anyway.

I love the setting for The Homewreckers – we’ve been to Savannah several times. I wanted to read When Women Were Dragons, but just couldn’t fit it in.
