10. The Harry Potter series – because it takes me to another world
9. The Lord of the Rings series – same as above
8. The Stephanie Plum series – because it keeps me in stitches
7. The Paradise Problem by Christina Lauren – because of the setting
6. Fourth Wing – because dragon riding!
5. Finlay Donovan series – because it keeps me in stitches (like Stephanie Plum)
4. Witchy romcoms (April Asher has a trilogy I love) – because of the magic. I love magic!
3. The All-Souls series by Deborah Harkness – Magic!
2. any non-holiday Mary Kay Andrews book because they often have a beach setting
1. holiday books like Flora’s Traveling Christmas Shop by Rebecca Raisen because of the setting (Lapland) and the humor.

Harry Potter, and funnily enough one of my favourite series. I read to my daughter, and we both shared the love of the books.
