🌸 Sunday Post: Book Haul, Beach Dreams & Streaming Confusion 🎬📚
Happy Sunday, bookish friends! It’s been a whirlwind couple of weeks over here—a family birthday celebrations – mine – a little escape to the beach, and now some serious debating about when (not if) we’ll take the plunge on an investment property on Hilton Head Island. We’ve seen some amazing spots, and with this gorgeous spring weather, the temptation is real. 🌊🏡
📚 Book Haul
This week’s haul is an exciting mix of thrillers, romance, fantasy, and mystery—basically, my TBR is thriving (and slightly overwhelming). Here’s what I picked up:

🌊 Life Lately
The weekend before last was filled with a family celebration (cake was involved, obviously 🎂), and then we headed to the beach for a little getaway. We’re seriously considering an investment property there, and we’ve seen some great options. Now, it’s all about deciding when the timing is right. But with the weather warming up and spring in full bloom, the beach is calling.
🎬 Currently Watching
Streaming has been an experience lately:
- Severance – We are completely confused by this season. How is there only one episode left?! Surely that’s a mistake. 😵💫
- Jack Reacher – Loving the action-packed latest season. If you need a dose of unflinching, take-no-prisoners justice, this is it.
- Wheel of Time – Just started the new season! Bring on the epic battles and political intrigue.
